Energy Inspectors™ is certified to help you meet ENERGY STAR® requirements by reviewing plans and then doing post production tests to give you the peace of mind that the building meets or exceeds ENERGY STAR®’s stringent requirements for energy efficiency.

ENERGY STAR® Plan Review

The Energy Inspectors™ plan review lets the builder know whether or not the proposed home meets the requirements to qualify under the Energy Star program and provides recommendations for increasing the home’s energy efficiency if necessary.

ENERGY STAR® Testing & Certification

The Energy Star testing and certification service verifies the increased energy efficiency and resulting energy savings of the new home as specified by the building plans. The Energy Inspectors technician, through diagnostic testing and visual verification, documents that the energy features specified in the plans have been installed, and that the home has passed all inspections and tests as required by the Energy Star program.
